Mr. Ken MacDonnell, P.Eng., 25 years of experience in municipal engineering, water and wastewater operations, and technical training. He has led large-scale water treatment and public works projects, managed operational teams, and ensured regulatory compliance as Chief Water Operator and Supervisor for the City of Timmins. At Fleming College and the Ontario Clean Water Agency, he developed and delivered technical and soft skills training in water systems, health and safety, and leadership, supporting workforce readiness and industry certification.
